The hotel is though situated on GT Road but the condition of the hotel is below average in the following ground - 1. The room is not sound proof as noise comes from adjacent rooms .Also the linen and sofa provided in room is dirty and old which is unpleasant 2. The mattress quality is also average with dirty bed sheet 3. Toilet is having least and below average quality toiletries 4. The floor mat in the corridor is also very old and dirty . 5. Very limited choice of breakfast 6. Furniture quality inside the room is below average . 7. Inadequate hot water supply in toilet However some of the positive parts which led me to rate average are - 1. Prompt service 2. Good parking space with accommodation to driver 3. Availability of KFC and Sagar Ratna in premise Not a good choice in case of options

One of the best hotels in karnal @ affordable price. Parking right on the front. Nice food. Well mannered staff. Last but not least proper cleaned room with great ambiance. Overall stay was quite pleasant.

We stayed there for 2 nights and i was totally surprised with World class Hospitality in this well maintained Hotel. Very Good restaurent...delicious food, Spacious Room, Budget Cost. Exceeded all my expectation.

Rooms are spacious and very clean. room service was good. We stayed here for 1 night and its value for money.Right on the highway with lot of food options like kfc, sagar ratna,baskin robins.very polite staff.
